Street Standards
The City of Spokane Valley Street Standards establishes the minimum acceptable standards for the design and construction of all street-related improvements in the city. These standards apply to all capital and development projects within the city's limits. The Street Standards were adopted by the City Council in December 2009 and revised in February 2018.
