If you are looking for a solo or small office space, concierge services, a virtual receptionist or a professional, quiet and private meeting space to host a client meeting or webinar, consider a coworking location or makers space. These spaces offer an environment with secure or shared office space, furniture, internet and other facilities that are shared among other businesses. Currently, burbity offers the Sullivan Valley Commons coworking space in Spokane Valley, and has space in Liberty Lake and Spokane.

"The Park" Spokane Business & Industrial Park

This park, operated by Crown West Realty, is located in the northeast area of Spokane Valley. It offers high bay distribution space, as well as office, retail and flex space. Major occupants include Purcell Systems, American Tire Distributors, and Southern Wine and Spirits. It is one of the region's largest employment centers with over 120 resident companies employing in excess of 4,500 people. With approximately 5 million square feet of dock-high and grade-level buildings, The Park ranks as one of the largest business and industrial complexes in the country, and it is still growing.

  • Crown West is developing a multi-building expansion located near the corner of Fifth Street and Euclid Avenue within the Spokane Business and Industrial Park (The Park). Aptly named Euclid Logistics Center, phases one and two buildings of the project are complete. Both buildings are 120,000 square-foot concrete-tilt building featuring 36-foot clear heights, cross-dock capacity, 135-foot truck courts and built to LEED standards. 
  • Crown West Realty is  also developing a multibuilding industrial park on nearly 40 acres of industrial land on Barker Road in Spokane Valley, named the Barker Logistics Center. The first building at the site, a 120,000-square-foot concrete, tilt-up distribution center with 36-foot–high ceilings, is complete. The rest of the site will be used for build-to-suit projects, with the potential for buildings with up to 450,000 square feet. Altogether, the site can host up to 600,000 square–feet of warehouse space. The company will focus on a distribution-centered industrial park, although manufacturing companies may also find the location appealing. The planned industrial park, dubbed the Barker Logistics Center, is located just east of the Spokane Business & Industrial Park.

Pinecroft Business Park

Located in Spokane Valley, natural language software business Next IT Corp. has moved its headquarters operations to Pinecroft. The park has a total of 350,000 square feet of office space and a number of build-to-suit sites. Built from the ground up with state-of-the-art infrastructure, the location is also home to on-site management and leasing team to respond to the needs of resident businesses.

The site's convenient location places it in proximity to downtown Spokane, the airport and North Idaho. Simultaneously, the business park offers convenient access to the Centennial Trail and the Spokane River and their recreational opportunities. The 80-acre Mirabeau National Area and 52-acre Mirabeau Point Park border the site to the south and the east.

Tapa Business Park

With two locations - Tapa East and Tapa West - these small business parks offer great opportunities for commercial real estate. Most of the available units are build-to-suite and provide flexible options for startups and small businesses. The newest park, Tapa Park West, is currently offering units for sale/lease. All units boast similar features such as an open floor plan, eight-inch thick walls, pleasing exterior design and expanded parking availability.

Evergreen Business Park

This business park at 1620 N Mamer Road is growing and ready to offer new construction. Conveniently located near the Spokane Valley Mall and Spokane Valley Industrial Park with easy access to I-90, this park is planning three new separate buildings, one 23,443-square-foot building and two 8,860-square-foot buildings.
