Long Subdivision

A long subdivision is a division of land with 10 or greater residential lots. A pre-application meeting with staff is required to discuss a long subdivision proposal before a formal application is submitted.

You can find the requirements for a long plat in the Municipal Code (SVMC).

  • Section 20.20.090 = General Design provisions
  • Section 20.30 = Preliminary Long Subdivision
  • Section 20.40 = Final Long Subdivision

Applicants may also need to ontain a Grading Permit to complete permittal requirements.
