Ben Wick was elected to position 4 as a result of the November 2017 election. Wick previously served a four-year term on the Spokane Valley City Council from 2012 through 2015. He was selected to serve as mayor from 2020 to 2021.
Wick was re-elected for a four-year term as a result of the November 2021 election.
Education
Wick is a fourth-generation Spokane Valley native, who graduated from East Valley High School and went on to get a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Washington University.
Professional Career
Wick currently works as an IT Manager for Spokane Industries and is the publisher of the Spokane Valley Current and Liberty Lake Splash community newspapers.
Family
Wick is happily married and has four young children.
